Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide a first-class customer service experience in a timely manner, resolving client inquiries and concerns, and working alongside them to create a personalized experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing a personalized experience for every single client through product expertise and outstanding service
  • Helping clients design custom solutions to fit their specific needs
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Managing all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
  • Representing our brand through communication, personal appearance, and professionalism
  • Building sustainable relationships of trust with clients through open and interactive communication

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work from home and/or in person
  • Willingness to work weekends if needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry experience in customer service or a related field
  • Experience working with clients to design custom solutions
  • Knowledge of design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer relationship management
