Job Summary
As a Customer Acquisition Specialist/Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for contacting new potential clients, setting appointments, and working closely with outside sales representatives to provide a pathway to dealership contracts. You'll be a key contact between arenaflex and its customers, and your primary goal will be to increase revenue and drive business growth.
Essential Responsibilities
• Setting Appointments for Outside Territory Managers: You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments with potential clients, ensuring that our outside sales representatives have the opportunity to build relationships and close deals.
- Activations/Reactivations of Customer Contracts: You'll work closely with our customers to activate or reactivate their contracts, ensuring that they're getting the most out of our products and services.
- Consistently Meet Set Activity Metrics: You'll be expected to meet or exceed our activity metrics, including the number of calls made, appointments set, and contracts activated.
- Consistently Manage Large Amounts of Outbound and Inbound Calls: You'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, both inbound and outbound, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Follow Set Communication Talk Tracks: You'll follow established communication protocols when handling different topics, ensuring that our customers receive consistent and high-quality service.
- Identify Dealership Needs, Clarify Information, and Clearly Communicate Important Next Steps: You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, clarify any information, and provide clear guidance on the next steps.
- Quickly Build Rapport and Engage Customers on the Phone: You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, quickly establishing trust and rapport over the phone.
- Attend and Actively Participate in Individual and Team Training: You'll participate in regular training sessions, both individually and as part of a team, to ensure that you're up-to-date on the latest products, services, and sales strategies.
- Meet All Company Assigned Goals: You'll be expected to meet or exceed our company goals, including revenue targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
