The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Customer Tech Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be at the forefront of our customer-centric approach. Your expertise will be instrumental in:
- Becoming a subject matter expert (SME) on Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices, staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and innovations
- Providing direct customer service and technical expertise to assist patients and clinicians in troubleshooting products, answering product-related questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences, including Field Service Representatives, UPS, and Couriers
- Utilizing advanced routing systems to manage customer work orders, ensuring timely delivery and service calls within assigned territories
- Communicating effectively with internal and external customers through various channels, including email, phone, and text messaging systems
Your Skills and Expertise
To excel in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and experience. At a minimum, we require:
- High School Diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience in customer service
- One (1) year of experience with order entry and industry-standard call center systems, such as Nice InContact
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products
- Strong desire to provide top-level customer support
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Adherence to work schedule commitments and ability to work with minimal supervision

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with healthcare industry products and services

- Base pay: $49,225 - $60,164
