The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, working closely with our global team to provide top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for responding to customer requests through various channels, including email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing. Your empathetic mindset, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills will enable you to help customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests over email, live chats, on-screen shares, and video conferencing, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

  • Collaborate with the global team of Support Professionals to ensure seamless communication and knowledge sharing.
  • Demonstrate an empathetic mindset towards customers' goals, understanding their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Communicate the value of arenaflex's products effectively in direct interactions with customers, highlighting the benefits and features that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshoot common user computer issues across various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
  • Automate tasks using tools like Zapier or write browser scripts in JavaScript to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Maintain an organized workplace with a modern computer setup suitable for professional presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer support, specifically in SaaS support roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Experience troubleshooting common user computer issues, with a solid understanding of various operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other programming languages, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Experience with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, and Linux.
  • Strong written communication skills and an empathetic mindset, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, with a proven ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

  • Familiarity with JavaScript for writing browser scripts, with a solid understanding of programming concepts and best practices.
