Job Summary:

As a Chatbot LLM Engineer at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for implementing our customers' chatbots on the arenaflex platform, from concept to final implementation. You'll work closely with our team to develop customized chatbots and voicebots, leveraging the latest state-of-the-art AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs). Your expertise will be essential in guiding the development, optimization, and enhancement of chatbots, ensuring they meet the highest standards of efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop customized chatbots and voicebots for our customers, applying the latest AI technologies and best practices

• Collaborate with the arenaflex team to define the development process from conceptualization to deployment, utilizing our chatbot management platform
• Design and create the necessary content for the chatbot, including defining how desired processes can be implemented in dialog form
• Develop integrations with the customers' system landscape as needed, ensuring seamless interactions and data exchange
• Utilize prompt engineering to improve the bots' efficiency and accuracy, driving better user experiences and outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest LLM technologies and practices, applying this knowledge to enhance our chatbot solutions
• Work collaboratively with the team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the highest quality of our chatbot solutions

Essential Qualifications:

• A successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline

• Professional experience in software development or chatbot development, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in developing and deploying AI-powered chatbots
• Experience with the latest LLM technologies and practices, including Large Language Models and their applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach complex technical issues in a systematic and solution-oriented manner
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with agile methodologies and development processes, including Scrum and Kanban

• Familiarity with chatbot management platforms and their integration with various system landscapes
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications in chatbot development
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and deployment models, including AWS and Azure
• Certification in AI, machine learning, or a related field
