Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with customers via live chat platforms to address their questions, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional service experience
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or chat support environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in live chat platforms and software applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the auto glass industry or a related field

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish preferred)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of auto glass products and services
