Key Responsibilities
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
- Creatively problem-solving to address customer concerns and provide sound solutions
- Quickly assessing customer needs and providing high-level customer service
- Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
- Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Experience handling inbound and outbound calls
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
- Basic typing skills
- Strong customer service and written communication skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.
Application and Certification Process
To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:
- Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check
- Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
- Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
- Complete a W9 form
- Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program
Program Metrics Requirements
Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be clearly outlined in the program details.
Availability
As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. You'll be able to self-schedule in 30-minute blocks and dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients.
