Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, answering product and service questions, and ensuring their satisfaction. Major Responsibilities:

  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and ensure we're meeting our high standards.
  • Package, stock, and rotate display counters to ensure our products are presented in a visually appealing and organized manner, with correct signage.
  • Perform designated opening and closing procedures, and offer assistance to other team members as requested to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale, ensuring our clients have a clear understanding of our policies and procedures.

  • Superior customer service skills: You'll be the face of arenaflex, and we expect you to provide exceptional support to our clients. You'll need to be empathetic, patient, and able to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organizational and interpersonal skills: You'll be working with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively, both written and orally, and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in a retail environment: While not essential, experience in a retail environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered an asset. You'll need to be familiar with customer service principles, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work with little supervision: As a remote customer service representative, you'll be working independently, and we expect you to be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • High standard for quality, attention to detail, and cleanliness: You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and we expect you to adhere to our high standards for quality and attention to detail.
  • Flexible schedule: We're a dynamic company, and we need team members who can adapt to changing priorities and schedules. You'll need to be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
  • Fluency in English and French: While not essential, fluency in both English and French will be considered an asset, as we serve a diverse client base.
