The Opportunity We are looking for experienced Sales Merchandisers to support our Field Sales team in casual roles and provide excellent service to our customers. We are a team who are passionate about Real partnerships, Real ambition, Real ethics and working really hard. The skills required to be successful in this role are:

• The ability to understand market data and identify potential areas for growth within your stores.
• Being able to execute sales strategies and plans with the support of the Area Sales Manager
• The ability to successfully negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes whilst maintaining good relationships with our customers.
• Space management experience – negotiating optimal space and position on shelf and being able to make the most of what is available.
• Maximise RPFC presence in assigned area within guidelines (ranging, positioning and space)
• Ability to negotiate for mutually beneficial outcomes.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has their own reliable transport and a valid NZ driver licence.
• Is physically fit and can lift up to 20kgs.
• Takes pride in their work and ownership of the relationship they build with our customers.
• Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Is a team player, willing to go above and beyond for their team
• Previous Sales & Merchandising experience is required.
• Previous FMCG/Grocery experience is preferred, or the ability to demonstrate transferable skills.
• Existing Grocery relationships in Hamilton preferred but not essential.
