AI Trainer & Upskilling Consultant – Corporate Education Program
-Overview- We're building an internal AI education program to close knowledge and skill gaps that are currently limiting our team’s AI utilization. While some employees are already using AI effectively, adoption and skill levels vary widely across the organization. We want to establish consistent, structured training so every employee can use AI confidently (prompting effectively, leveraging agents, and automating workflows) without depending on IT to build solutions for them. -What You'll Do- Design and deliver a practical, hands-on training program tailored to our team's surveyed needs. Training topics must cover, in order of demand: AI Agents – setting up and using agents for repetitive workflows Automation – connecting tools (Asana + n8n/Zapier and similar) Practical Work Skills – prompting for emails, data analysis, and ideation Governance – what's appropriate and safe to use AI for in a workplace context Basics – effective use of ChatGPT/Claude and prompt engineering fundamentals -Ideal Candidate- Proven experience training non-technical employees on AI tools Hands-on knowledge of LLM prompting, AI agents, and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, etc.) Culturally and emotionally aware; comfortable navigating the broader anxieties around AI adoption in the workplace Comfortable working with mixed skill levels across departments -Engagement Type- We prefer hourly billing but will review fixed-price proposals as well. -Proposal Requirements- Please include: your approach to curriculum design, examples of similar corporate training you've delivered, your proposed learning tier structure, and how you would manage live training for a group of 15-20 employees.
