Essential Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a bilingual environment. - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and techniques. - Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong understanding of virtual communication tools and platforms. - Familiarity with arenaflex products and services, or a similar industry. - Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP). - Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and act on customer data and insights. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
