Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Laotian-English bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to patients, families, and healthcare providers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary focus will be on addressing patient concerns, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services and programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner, utilizing your Laotian language skills to effectively communicate with our diverse patient population. - Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's services, programs, and policies to patients, families, and healthcare providers. - Resolve patient complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex cases to senior team members or management as needed. - Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and services to provide informed support to patients and families. - Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and experience. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions, concerns, and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers. - Proficiency in Laotian language, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Bilingual English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
