Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative to join our remote team in California. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and their families, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in both English and Tagalog
- Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex services, policies, and procedures
- Resolve patient complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and processes
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in healthcare customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to communicate complex information in both languages
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment a plus
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
