Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient support and care. You will be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's services to our diverse community. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Tagalog and English

  • Resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote arenaflex's services to our diverse community through outreach and engagement activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care and support
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient interactions and outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance patient care and support skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in Tagalog and English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with a healthcare organization

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with patient engagement and outreach activities
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
