Job Summary

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and their families. You'll be responsible for responding to patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support in a timely and compassionate manner. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively communicate with patients and their families in Tagalog and English.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and compassionate manner

• Provide support and guidance to patients and their families in a respectful and empathetic manner
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families in Tagalog and English
• Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage patient interactions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and communications
• Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Fluency in Tagalog and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software
