Key Responsibilities:

As a Tagalog-English bilingual healthcare customer service representative, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a healthcare setting
