Job Description

As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for leading your customers to achieve the full value of their arenaflex investments. You will partner with top talented consultants, delivery leads, and architects to ensure the optimization of your customers' investments and increase profitable revenue for arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing exceptional customer service and support.

  • Work towards planning and exceeding customer success sales targets by coordinating all sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process.
  • Act as a arenaflex brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop strategic plans to achieve these goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to ensure arenaflex remains a leader in the market.

Essential Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and sales strategy development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a cloud-based software industry, with a strong understanding of SaaS sales and customer success.

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and become an expert.
  • Certification in sales, customer success, or a related field, such as Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with team members across different locations.
