What You Will Do

As a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via chats and emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
  • Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and tailoring support to meet their expectations
  • Meeting team KPIs and performance targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve customer support and experience
  • Securingly handling customers' sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection and security policies
  • Applying the latest and greatest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services, providing accurate and informative support to customers
  • Communicating effectively with developers and other departments of various IT companies, ensuring seamless collaboration and support

What You Need to Succeed in This Role

To excel as a Native Japanese Customer Support Consultant, you will need:

  • Native Japanese and English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Experience with cryptocurrency platforms, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Analytical and research skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • A positive and responsible attitude, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • A personal laptop or computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

A Great Plus

While not essential, experience with CRM systems would be a valuable asset in this role, allowing you to leverage your skills to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
