About the Role:
This is a remote call center role, requiring you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests, taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and providing medical record status. You'll also be documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a healthcare-related field or industry
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
