Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional technical support to customers via email, live chat, and phone in a timely and efficient manner
- Helping customers resolve support inquiries, including bug reports, technical issues, and billing inquiries
- Updating our knowledge base by creating articles and videos, translating material, and conducting training sessions for new customers
- Reporting new feature requests and customer feedback to the Customer Success, Product, and Development teams
- Identifying risks and opportunities that require escalation to the Customer Success and Project Management teams
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in Customer Support within a SaaS company (an asset)
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn complex software applications
- The ability to remain calm and positive in high-pressure situations while communicating with empathy and understanding
- Detail-oriented and proficient at time management
- A degree or diploma contributing to the organization or role (an asset)
- Self-motivation and the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships through a client-first mentality
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) and knowledge of a second language (an asset)
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, landing pages, and email marketing platforms (an important plus)
- A willingness to participate in ongoing education and training for the role
Work Environment
As a remote Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. We expect you to provide your own workstation, computer, and headset, as well as a fast and reliable internet connection. You'll be required to work standard business hours based on the Pacific Time Zone. Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks. Once hired, you'll be required to provide valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of your onboarding process.
