Job Overview

We're seeking highly motivated and bilingual (Tagalog/English) speaking Customer Service Representatives to support our short-term outreach campaign in the Philippines. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for making outbound calls to up to 3,500 customers, conducting short, structured conversations to gather specific information, and entering responses directly into a secure, form-based system. Your primary goal will be to collect key information while maintaining a friendly, professional tone and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all data collected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow call scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly, professional tone

Requirements

* Strong verbal communication skills in both Tagalog and English

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of customers
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data entry
  • Able to follow structured processes and handle information securely
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be available to work full-time for the duration of the campaign
