Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Marketing Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Creating engaging content for social media platforms and email newsletters
  • Analyzing customer feedback and providing insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and marketing performance
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service and marketing

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong passion for the car leasing industry and a desire to learn and grow with arenaflex
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Asana, Canva, and Xdesk Pro
  • Experience in customer service or marketing, preferably in the car leasing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation
  • Knowledge of email marketing software and automation tools
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or marketing, such as HubSpot or Google Analytics
