Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced part-time customer service representative to join our Member and Provider Services team. This role is a volume-driven customer service and production-based position that handles daily activities involved in running a health insurance company, including customer interactions and back-office tasks following standard operating procedures. As a part-time customer service representative, you'll work closely with our Concierge Operations Manager and be responsible for managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations.
Work Location and Schedule
This is a remote role, and you must reside in Georgia. arenaflex is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture, and our mission. We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with the following part-time shifts:
- Monday & Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (22 hours/week)
- Monday & Wednesday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (12 hours/week)
- Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (15 hours/week)
Responsibilities
As a part-time customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the current processes, procedures, and tools associated with the arenaflex business model
- Working with members, brokers, providers, and arenaflex vendors through multiple channels according to assignment needs
- Managing an assigned caseload, maintaining service delivery, productivity, and quality expectations
- Forming working relationships with all partners
- Supporting the leadership team by identifying issues through established escalation pathways
- Monitoring and tracking the health of all assigned work-in-progress issues
- Escalating and resolving issues to ensure appropriate turnaround times
- Participating in process improvement projects
- Complying with all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards relating to member Personal Health Information (PHI)
- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused setting
- 1+ years of healthcare experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong quantitative or analytical skills focused on identifying or solving problems
- Experience manipulating and entering accurate data
- Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office capabilities

Pay Transparency
The base pay for this role is $19.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience. Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, paid sick time, paid parental leave, 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance, and paid wellness time and reimbursements.
