Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Intern, you'll be responsible for:

  • Initiating first contact with customers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Identifying and registering initial users, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our solutions
  • Scheduling and conducting online demo sessions to showcase the value of our products and services
  • Collaborating with Field Service Engineers to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
  • Ensuring accurate and relevant data migration to ensure seamless integration with our solutions
  • Liaising with external software suppliers to resolve any technical issues or concerns
  • Conducting follow-up calls to ensure customers are comfortable using our portal and have a positive experience

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HBO/WO) in Business, IT, Communication, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently reach out to customers and build relationships
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable working with software tools and digital platforms
  • Affinity with multicultural environments and a willingness to learn about different cultures
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus, but not required
