Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation

  • Background in Consulting or Software, with a focus on legal software (a plus)
  • Experience with Salesforce and Customer Success tools
  • Proven track record of driving growth, retention, and satisfaction in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a small Customer Success Org, with a focus on scale and growth

  • Background in legal operations or a related field
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including legal ops, legal, finance, and IT
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
