Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative for Automotive Products and Services, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve routine inquiries and issues related to our products and services, utilizing your technical and mechanical skills to provide accurate and timely solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and technical support through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels

  • Resolve routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services
  • Utilize technical and mechanical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

* Class A Automotive License (310s - Red Seal)

  • Valid Driver's License
  • 5 years of automotive experience with repairs/diagnostics
  • Strong aptitude for technical/mechanical repairs
  • Effective diagnostic aptitude, with strong time management skills
  • Strong communication and computer software skills
  • Fluency in English and French (written and verbal)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on technical support
  • Strong technical and mechanical skills, with a focus on automotive repairs and diagnostics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
  • Certification in a related field, such as automotive repair or diagnostics
  • Experience with computer-aided diagnostic (CAD) software
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as Spanish or Arabic

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
