What you'll do

As a Customer Support Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via emails, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
  • Processing account seizures (e.g., freezes, wage garnishments) in a compliant manner, maintaining accurate and structured case documentation
  • Providing information on loan terms, account details, and legal matters, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely support
  • Managing tickets and workflows using Zendesk and Jira, ensuring efficient issue resolution and collaboration with internal teams
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Meeting team KPIs and staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Securingly working with customers' sensitive information, adhering to data privacy standards and regulations
  • Applying the latest customer happiness practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

What you need to succeed

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Excellent English and German skills (C1 for both spoken and written)

, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

Experience in customer support

, with a solid understanding of customer needs and expectations

Background in banking, legal, or financial services

, with knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards

Solid understanding of GDPR and data privacy standards

, ensuring compliance and data protection

Proficiency in using Zendesk and Jira

, with experience in managing tickets and workflows

Analytical and research skills

, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions

Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive or legal information

, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Positive and responsible attitude

, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

A great plus

While not required, experience with Confluence and background working in regulated environments will be highly valued.
