Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Sales Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues
- Meeting sales objectives as defined
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months of sales customer service experience minimum
- Bilingual - Spanish and English
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 wpm
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
- 6 months of sales experience minimum
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective
- Strong listening skills
- Superior negotiating skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a successful work-from-home experience, you will need:
- Internet Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms + Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN + Proof of internet speed required
