What You'll Do:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound customer calls and/or e-mails with empathy and professionalism
  • Resolving issues, answering questions, and providing proactive solutions to our customers
  • Documenting interactions and following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in special projects and adapting to evolving priorities to meet the needs of our customers
  • Delivering a WOW experience on every call – our customers should hear your smile!

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and have a strong desire to make a positive impact on our customers' lives. Here are the minimum requirements for this role:

  • High School Diploma or GED: We're looking for individuals with a strong educational foundation and a passion for learning.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a call center, insurance, or banking environment is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong Communication, Listening, and Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with customers, listen actively, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to Multitask Using Technology in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll need to be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize your work in a dynamic environment.
  • Reliable High-Speed Internet: You'll need to have a reliable internet connection to perform your job duties.
  • Quiet, Distraction-Free Home Office Setup: You'll need to have a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we're looking for individuals with the following qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a call center, insurance, or banking environment is a plus.
  • Prior Remote Work Experience: Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment:

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be working in a dynamic remote environment. Here are the details:

  • Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week: You'll be working a standard full-time schedule, with opportunities for overtime and flexible scheduling.
  • Shifts May Vary and Include Weekends and Holidays: You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Must Be Available to Work as Late as 9 PM EST: You'll need to be available to work late shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Periodic Shift Bids Determine Schedules Based on Business Needs: Your schedule will be determined by business needs, and you may be required to work varying shifts.

Pay Range:

$14.69 - $27.12
