Experienced Customer Success Analyst – Bswift Platform Expertise

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Success Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience on our Bswift platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of applicable software tools and configurations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Creating and configuring new and existing customer websites using third-party software, with a focus on low to moderate complexity projects.
  • Troubleshooting routine issues and providing basic support to assigned customers, with a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborating with senior analysts and other team members to quality check configured software and ensure proper functioning.
  • Following established SOPs and executing assigned duties with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Providing direct daily support to assigned customers and/or customers as directed, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Learning health and benefits products, services, and tools to configure and test software tools effectively.
  • Committing to assist with achieving or exceeding internal and external performance standards, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Participating in customer meetings, as requested, to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Following department guidelines, policies, and procedures, including professional development and continuing education required for valid licensing.
  • Determining a course of personal and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by management.

What You'll Need:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.

Proficient with MS Office Suite:

You should be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience working with database applications:

You should have experience working with database applications, with a focus on data analysis and interpretation.

Exceptional telephone demeanor:

You should possess exceptional telephone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers at all levels.

BSwift Experience:

You should have experience working with the Bswift platform, with a focus on configuration and troubleshooting.

Strong interpersonal skills:

You should possess strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.

Attention to detail:

You should have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to adhere to high standards for customer-facing work product.

Ability to maintain confidentiality:

You should be able to maintain confidentiality, with a focus on protecting sensitive customer information.

1-2 years of experience in an office environment:

You should have 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, preferably in the insurance, human resources, or financial sector.

Additional skills and certifications:

You should possess additional skills and certifications, such as experience with software development, data analysis, or project management.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $26.44 - $31.25 hourly, with a focus on rewarding experience and skills. The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role, taking into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
