  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Experience with quality assurance initiatives, such as Six Sigma or Lean
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
