Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and escalate complex issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
