Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive sales outreach, account management, and customer support. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with existing and prospective customers to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, account management, and customer support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales performance, and analyze customer data
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-centric role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in sales automation tools, such as SalesLoft or Outreach
