Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and relationship-building activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with sales team members, product experts, and customer success managers to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, with a proven track record of success
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
