Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our customers. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication, issue resolution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue growth and customer acquisition goals

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote or virtual sales environment
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on customer needs and preferences
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including salesforce.com or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services, or a strong understanding of the industry and market trends
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with sales automation tools, including email marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with a focus on sales performance and customer insights
