Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

* Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, research, and referrals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, including product demos, trials, and implementation support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a remote sales or customer-facing role

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or customer service (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Certified Customer Service Representative)
  • Experience working with CRM software, including salesforce.com or HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
