Job Summary

As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and solution-selling. You will work closely with our sales and customer success teams to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing customers, and provide tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and other digital channels to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points

  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand arenaflex's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product development, to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize arenaflex's CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activity, and performance metrics

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a strong desire to learn and understand our offerings
  • Certification in sales, marketing, or a related field (e.g., HubSpot Inbound Sales or Salesforce Administrator)
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, such as Sandler or Challenger
