Job Summary
As a Remote Sales Customer Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing timely and effective support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Key Responsibilities
* Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of sales experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue growth goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Strong technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
