Job Summary

As a Customer Sales Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product/service
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Certification in sales or a related field (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
