Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' experiences and perceptions of our brand. We're looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable and skilled but also empathetic, patient, and able to think on their feet.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informative responses to customers
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a technical or software industry
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
