Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong product and service knowledge, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, communications, or related field preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service, sales, or related field
