Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to Arenaflex customers via phone, email, chat, and social media, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns, often involving multiple stakeholders and technical issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and address customer pain points and areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
