Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, starting August 25, 2025. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues efficiently, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide product information, demonstrations, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English and one or more additional languages)
  • Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling in a customer-facing role
