arenaflex's Global Business Services is a critical component of our organization, providing essential support functions that enable our business to thrive. Our team in Bucharest is a key part of this effort, working closely with various departments to deliver high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. As a Customer Data Analyst with French language skills, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our customer data management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Data Analyst with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Cooperating with the Sales Department to receive and process accurate CarForms
• Proposing solutions to improve processes in situations where they are not functioning efficiently
• Correctly and timely setting up customer accounts, including creation, modification, cancellation, or reactivation
• Conducting applicable internal control processes for customer accounts and protection against fraud risk
• Checking identified suspicious clients in the Trade Automation process (Embargo)
• Ensuring traceability of financial transactions
• Participating in auditing processes related to customer accounts, self-assessment of internal control implementation, and collaborating with auditors and internal controllers
• Implementing action plans for internally identified non-compliance points
• Issuing reports requested by partners, customers, or managers, according to agreed-upon dates in operational calendars
• Creating missing procedures and updating existing ones for processes within the area of responsibility

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Good knowledge of French (minimum B2)
• Comfortable using English in a professional context
• Intermediate computer skills, with the ability to learn new tools
• Intermediate Excel and Office suite skills
• Team-worker attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience in customer data analysis or a related field
• Knowledge of data analysis tools and software
• Familiarity with arenaflex's business services or a similar industry
• Certification in data analysis or a related field
