What You Will Do As a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer support via chats, emails, and other communication channels * Building positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions * Meeting team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to the overall success of the support team * Staying up-to-date with cutting-edge technology, products, and services to provide informed support * Handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and security * Applying the latest customer happiness practices to ensure exceptional customer experiences * Maintaining working knowledge of our clients' products and services to provide accurate support * Communicating effectively with developers, other departments, and stakeholders across various IT companies What You Need to Succeed in This Role To excel as a Customer Support Consultant at arenaflex, you will need: * Excellent English skills (B2 for both spoken and written) * Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS, software, or hardware industry * Analytical and research skills to troubleshoot complex issues * Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to think critically * Positive and responsible attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences * Personal laptop or computer with a minimum of 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) Nice to Have While not required, experience with CRM systems will be a great plus in this role.
