Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their healthcare needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to schedule appointments for preventative health screenings, assess for high-risk conditions, and provide guidance on healthcare-related matters
- Conducting surveys to gather feedback and insights on patient experiences
- Assisting patients with benefits and insurance information, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their coverage and options
- Providing empathetic and personalized support to patients, addressing their concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with patient representatives, providers, and pharmacies to ensure seamless communication and care coordination

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Compensation and Benefits
