We're seeking an experienced CPC Processor Customer Support Representative to join our high-performing, values-driven team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their data exchange experiences are seamless.

About the Role:

This is a remote, full-time position with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests, taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys, and providing medical record status updates. You'll also be documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors and be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities:

* Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status updates

  • Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and their data exchange experiences are seamless
  • Work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide informed support to clients

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical records

  • Familiarity with data exchange and healthcare solutions
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
