The Role

As a Customer Care Field Manager, you'll be responsible for driving a team of engineering professionals to provide exceptional support to our customers. You'll focus on supporting the organization's growth by creating base business retention through field support. You'll work closely with the Sales team to develop tailored plans to improve customer satisfaction and work to improve the technical and soft skills of your team to ensure the best-in-class support.

Key Responsibilities

* Build up the best-class support in your area from technical and application perspectives

  • Work with Sales to support base business retention
  • Provide the right support to customers according to contract specifications and priority
  • Arrange internal training for engineers
  • Support field operations from an administrative standpoint (installation, daily routine, and deinstallation)

Essential Requirements

* Degree in Technical engineering or Scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology)

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Diagnostics industry leading teams
  • Leadership attitude, able to drive people creating a culture of strategy execution
  • Ability to work in a team with a strong focus on problem-solving
  • Ability to work flexible hours as business needs; available to travel 50% of the time
  • Hold a current valid driver's license and good driving record; associates who drive arenaflex vehicles will follow the arenaflex Company Vehicle Policy
  • Excellent English

* Experience in a similar role or in a related field

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
