Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in expediting orders and resolving post-sales problems
  • Communicating with customers via mail, chat, and phone
  • Utilizing software tools to navigate customer accounts, research, and review policies
  • Providing effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum qualification of 10+2 or any graduate/PG degree
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Clear communication with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills and ability to address customer issues appropriately
  • Proficiency in using a desktop/laptop computer system, familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills
