Position Overview
We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Project Lead to join our team and lead the onboarding process for medium to large insurance agencies onto our payment platform, Applied Pay. As a key member of our implementation team, you'll be responsible for the initiation, planning, and execution of Applied Pay implementation among our clients. Your expertise will be essential in driving change management within the client organization and among their customers, ensuring a seamless transition to our payment solution.
Key Responsibilities
As an Enterprise Customer Project Lead, you'll be responsible for:
* Onboarding enterprise insurance agencies to the payments platform from kickoff to launch
* Driving change management within the client organization and among their customers
* Coordinating with multiple departments, including internal experts, to set up and train customers on the platform
* Troubleshooting client issues that may arise as they implement the new payment solution
* Tracking and reporting on the progress of multiple in-flight projects
* Developing expertise in our payments solution and staying up to date on changes to the platform
* Informing product managers of features needed to drive additional usage within the client base
What We're Looking For
We're excited to learn more about you and your experience in project management, particularly in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment. Your strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries is highly preferred, but not required. We're looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, who can work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team. Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems is also essential.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of project management experience in a SaaS implementation or customer success environment
* Strong understanding of the payments and insurance industries (highly preferred)
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-collaborative team
* Experience navigating ambiguity and adding structure to complex problems
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Business, Finance, or related disciplines
